Hello!

I’m Caitlin Malone, an online instructional designer currently working at Indiana University. I’ve spent the last seven years specializing in making beautiful, accessible online courses by:

  • Creating engaging activities, lecture materials, and gamified experiences
  • Applying principles of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and Transparency in Learning and Teaching (TILT)
  • Using accessible tools such as Cidi Labs’ DesignPLUS and PlayPosit
  • Creating resources on accessibility for instructional designers such as job aids, documentation, and live online trainings

Objective Statement

I work remotely from Evansville, Indiana. I’m looking for roles that involve:

  • Innovative instructional design (higher ed, corporate, or small business)
  • Games (educational or fun)
  • Working with disabled people
  • Training and documentation
