I’m Caitlin Malone, an online instructional designer currently working at Indiana University. I’ve spent the last seven years specializing in making beautiful, accessible online courses by:
- Creating engaging activities, lecture materials, and gamified experiences
- Applying principles of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and Transparency in Learning and Teaching (TILT)
- Using accessible tools such as Cidi Labs’ DesignPLUS and PlayPosit
- Creating resources on accessibility for instructional designers such as job aids, documentation, and live online trainings
